Nyle "Let The Beat Build".... BEST FIND OF TODAY

I am at just pure awe at the level of talent put into this video. There is so much creativity going on that my head was about to explode. From the fact that it’s all shot in one take, to the perfect lighting, to the awesome lyrics of a REAL (non-auto-tuned) rapper, to the introductions of each part that helped the beat bulid. Lil’ Wayne’s version just sounds like regular mainstream clear channel trash. Good beat, but it doesn’t actually “build” up like Nyle’s version. Plus, Nyle’s version has lyrics you can understand and enjoy while Lil’ Wayne is just sounding like a guy who is high or drunk (or both). Lil’ Wayne is “acting like he’s street, but (hes) barely sidewalk.” More props to you Nyle.

Mr. Hudson feat. Kanye West - Supernova

One of the latest additions to Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label, Mr. Hudson who hails from the U.K. was most notable for his featured vocals on Kanye’s 808s & Heartbreak album single, Paranoid. His latest track exhibits a mixup of new wave, disco and electronic influences laced with a verses from Kanye himself, via the auto-tuner. His future projects include several tracks on Jay-Z’s upcoming Blueprint 3 LP. Be on lookout.

Nike Air Elan & Royal Mid Metallic Colorways

Seemingly one of the more popular color options amongst footwear companies this year, the metallic interpretation is given another platform within Nike’s Air Elan and Royal Mid silhouettes. The Royal Mid comes fully equipped with a tonal silver version alongside a more subtle white and gold colorway, matching a similar white/silver color up for the low top Air Elan. All three are now available through Six Feet Down.
